Laying of foundation stone

Official Euro coins, daily newspaper and the construction blue prints were put in the capsule by Mr. Kimmo Mäkelä, Project manager of engineering company Insinööritoimisto Jorma Väänänen.Oy  and  by Mr. Risto Tamminen, Managing director of Lacell Oy.

The laying of the foundation stone was done by the board members of Lacell Oy. Mr.Pentti Kuvaja, Chairman of the board Lacell Oy, had the honour to start the ceremony. 

The speech was held by Mr. Pentti Toivanen, the Municipal manager of Iitti.
